Walking meditation exercise of Remote Influencer meditation.


Walking meditation is one of the meditation exercises from the Remote Influencer meditation body of knowledge, Bok. I walk quite a lot here as I am living back in the UK. I don't drive here. I am a deep thinker and I think a lot.

I decided to add walking meditation to my body of knowledge, as I find it beneficial to my well being. I am getting physical exercise and I am developing my mind at the same time. I think about my projects, or about anything else that I am interested in. I think about the object of my exercise while walking. I focus just on the thoughts alone and I don't think about other things while undertaking this exercise. This exercise develops mental focus.
